This week is going to be a scorcher! It was 107 yesterday and it’s only suppose to get hotter…. I didn’t realize we lived in the desert. At least we’re setting some kind of record for it all. Then we can say we’re tough for living through it.
With Eric wrapping up his gig as a bellman and starting 2-a-days with the high school team, this week’s dinners will be hit and miss. Either way, I hope to be able to make something for him to eat whenever he gets home each night.
Monday – Rainy Day Roast, mashed potatoes and green beans
Tuesday – Pasta with meat sauce, side salad
Wednesday – Steak and Blue Salads
Thursday – Leftovers
Friday – Oriental Chicken Slaw, carrots/dip and pita chips
Saturday breakfast – Pop Tarts
Saturday lunch – Sandwiches and chips with fruit
Saturday – babysitting our nephew Egan
Sunday lunch – Lamb burgers with Greek salad
Sunday Dinner – Upside Down Pizza and salad
