This is our last week before school and football hit high-gear. I think it’ll be nice to have dinner together each night. Since we don’t usually eat everything that these recipes make, I made sure to find some that freeze well. {it gets old eating the same thing after a while}
I also found some great {and somewhat healthy} snacks to make and freeze for the next couple of weeks. This also makes it so much easier for us to eat on a budget and not cram it all in before it goes bad. {my mouth is watering just looking at this weeks menu}

Saturday Dinner – Brats & Roasted Cilantro Corn
