Meal Planning Monday – 8/22 to 8/28

With so many great hits last week, we are going to repeat some of the same meals this week. Schools starts today and with that before & after school football practice. {It is amazing how much work they do.}

Monday – Celebration Dinner {First Day of School}

Tuesday – Enchilada Casserole {1/2 to the Hadley’s}

Wednesday – Amanda, dinner with Alida; Eric, football practice

Thursday – BBQ Chicken {crock pot}

Friday –  Creamy Av0cado Chicken Salad {a-mazing!}

Saturday breakfast – Pancakes & syrup

Saturday lunch – Quiche

Saturday dinner – Chicken Pizza

Sunday breakfast – Cinnamon rolls

Meal Planning Monday – 7/11 to 7/17

Summer days just get us out of the routine, but are so much fun. With this week looking a bit more normal, I am going to attempt to make a meal plan out of the food we have in our pantry. I have a bad habit of buying food with the intention to make it into something wonderful, and then it just doesn’t happen. So here goes…

Monday – Meatball Subs & homemade fries

Tuesday – Chicken & Strawberries on Mixed Greens, Pita Chips

Wednesday – Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Thursday – Night out/Kitchen Closed

Friday – Date night

Saturday Breakfast – Cereal

Saturday Lunch – Sandwiches, chips and fruit

Saturday Dinner – Leftovers

Sunday Lunch – Quiznos 🙂

Sunday Dinner – Orange Ginger Chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans

Meal Planning Monday – 6/26 to 7/2

This weekend we spent the weekend in Joplin, Mo for my family reunion. This is where we’ve met for almost 50 years, but gave us a great mission opportunity to help those affected by the tornado. Full post to come.

With the week already started, I’m a little late on the meal plan. Better late than never!
