Over the past few weeks, I have been trying to vary my workout routine from group classes and cardio. However, the classes can be a little crowded or just not fitting in to my daily schedule very well. On those days, I try to pull something form the Pinterest files to try out.

The gym has a free TRX class this Saturday. I’m going to try it out and hopefully not kill my muscles too much. Changing it up helps keep it from getting boring.
