Meal Planning Monday ~ 8.29 to 9.3

With the holiday weekend coming up, I bet this week is going to drag on…and on…and on. To make the best of it, I am trying to do little projects each day to get us ready {make granola bars, check the camping gear, laundry, etc.}. Hopefully, the second week of school will go much smoother for Eric, too. It’s always hard to get back into the swing of things. The break will be much needed R&R.

Monday – BBQ Chicken Sandwiches with chips

Tuesday – Chicken quiche and fruit

Wednesday – Broccoli & Pasta {yummy}

Thursday – Fish Tacos with Creamy Lime Guacamole Sauce

Friday – Personal Pizzas

Saturday – Kitchen Closed

Sunday – Kitchen Closed
