This week, I needed to go shopping before my weekly menu from E-mealz was ready. So I used the suggested 5-meal plan from All-You magazine. We already had quite a few items on hand, and typically eat on a meal for a few days. We’ll see how long this last us! Here’s to something new:
Monday – 15 Bean Soup with cornbread
Tuesday – Pasta Salad with Tuna, Olives and Parsley
Wednesday – Dinner w/ Sean & Amanda to celebrate
Thursday – Grilling out with friends
Friday – Chilled Tomato Soup with Shrimp and Pesto
Saturday morning – Whole grain waffles
Saturday afternoon – Turkey, cheese & avacado melts
Saturday evening – Grilled Spiced Pork Patties with Greens
Sunday afternoon – Corn and Cheddar Waffles with fruit
Sunday evening – Spagheti and meatballs with salad
Special treat – Raspberry Blondies π
