Meal Planning Monday – 7/11 to 7/17

Summer days just get us out of the routine, but are so much fun. With this week looking a bit more normal, I am going to attempt to make a meal plan out of the food we have in our pantry. I have a bad habit of buying food with the intention to make it into something wonderful, and then it just doesn’t happen. So here goes…

Monday – Meatball Subs & homemade fries

Tuesday – Chicken & Strawberries on Mixed Greens, Pita Chips

Wednesday – Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Thursday – Night out/Kitchen Closed

Friday – Date night

Saturday Breakfast – Cereal

Saturday Lunch – Sandwiches, chips and fruit

Saturday Dinner – Leftovers

Sunday Lunch – Quiznos đŸ™‚

Sunday Dinner – Orange Ginger Chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans
